American Pest Management has just launched a new customer survey system that will allow us to get valuable feedback from our customers. The survey is designed to be either completed online at www.americanpest.net or over the telephone, toll-free at (877) 897-9988 survey ID: 369. Our customers will need to use their 6 digit service order # so we know what service was performed. We are looking forward to feedback that will allow us to understand what we are doing well or what we need to do better. We want to provide the best pest control services in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC area.
